How it works: Online Counselling Uk offers two ways of accessing online
counselling: 1. Via E-mail 2. Via a messaging service, for example
MSN Messenger or Yahoo Messenger. In both cases the initial contact is
made by the client via the MAIL ME link on the site Home page.
Please try to be as specific as you feel able to, as to why you are seeking counselling
at this time. This can be difficult. Try not to worry about the details they can be
filled in later. Try to specify which service (E-mail or Messaging) you feel would
be most useful to you at this time. Again if you are unsure we can discuss this
via E-mail until a decision is reached or we can tailor make a service
that suits your needs.
Up until the point where a counselling contract is formally offered and accepted
by the client all communications between the client and the counsellor and visa
versa are given free of charge.
Fees for counselling are as follows:
E-mails are charged at a rate of £10.00 each, regardless of length.
Messaging is charged at a rate of £17.50 per 60 minute session.
NB within the duration of the counselling agreement E-mails of an
administrative nature i.e.. non counselling, will not be charged.

if benefits can still be seen by both parties

is still beneficial to the client
there is a possibility that counselling may
continue beyond this point if both parties agree
How to pay fees: at this time fees can be paid by cheque or postal order
made payable to K. Brandwood and posted to:
K. Brandwood
The Bungalow, Cantrell Road,
Bulwell, Nottingham NG6 9HJ
Fees can be paid in advance
6 messaging sessions @ £17.50 = £105.00
Or split into 2 payments
this month 3 messaging sessions @ £17.50 = £52.50
next month 3 messaging sessions @ £17.50 = £52.50
total paid £105.50
Or pay as you go
a cheque for 1 messaging session @ £17.50
posted on a weekly basis for duration of counselling
6 sessions equaling £105.00
Payment for E-mail counselling can be made in exactly
the same way though I ask that in order to keep
admin costs down one of the following pay-ways is adopted.
6 E-mail responses @ £10.00 = £60.00
3 E-mail responses @ £10.00 = £30.00 # 2 cheques = £60.00
Receipts for fees paid will be issued via E-mail.
Which ever method of counselling you choose and which ever
pay-way you adopt, a payment will be expected after the first
session is completed or the first E-mail is dispatched.
This protects your right to terminate the relationship at any point
without loosing out financially. I also hope this will help to build a
relationship based on mutual trust, which I believe is essential
if the relationship is to be therapeutic.
I have tried to cover as much as possible on this page.
